All registrations close on April 12, 2026.

POSTER REQUIREMENTS FOR POSTER SUBMISSIONS:

POSTERS ARE DUE APRIL 12,2026

Poster size: 30 inches x 40 inches.

Light colored background only.

Posters are not due at the time of registration and are due by April 12th. When registering, provide poster title and abstract.
Posters will be submitted to the email link found in the registration form.

If you are presenting a poster with a group, you only need to submit one poster.

Only .ppt or .pptx files will be accepted to ensure proper sizing.

File name should be your First initial, Last name (example: JSmith.pptx).

We will print your poster.
